Your loan application has been submitted successfully. Please do NOT submit multiple loan applications. Please note that we need to contact you via TXT message. It is therefore absolutely necessary that you leave your mobile phone switched on at all times. If not, your loan process and approval decision may be delayed.
It will be processed during the hours of 09:00 am - 17:00 pm on Monday to Friday. Please note that the average processing time during busy hours might vary.
If your loan is specially approved on Saturday or Sunday, the fund may be received next Tuesday technically. To avoid this case, we will transfer the fund next Monday and you can receive the fund on the same day.
In order for us to make a faster decision towards approving your loan, you can send a copy of your driver's licence and/or bank statements which must clearly show your personal details and must match with the information you have given us on your application. The Same Day Transfer: We kindly inform you that same day transfer is only available till 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
When we send you a text message that the funds have been transferred, it means that we have already transferred the amount that was granted to you from our bank account to your bank account. Please be a little patient as the time the fund appears in your bank account will vary depending on bank you are with.
Please note that if you have a bank account that does not belong to: BNZ, Westpac, ANZ, National Bank of New Zealand, ASB or Kiwibank e.g.: PSIS & Credit Union, you must let us know prior to your application by sending an email to info@justcash.co.nz as your amount will likely to be transferred as overnight payment.
